Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
Returns must meet the following conditions: your item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in the original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

If we accept your return, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send the package. We do not accept items that are returned directly without a return request.

Damaged and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can assess and correct the issue.
Exceptions/Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), custom products (like special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (like beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions or concerns about specific items, please contact us.
We regret to inform you that we do not accept returns of promotional items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the item and purchase a new one separately once the return is accepted.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above provisions, if the item is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel the order or return the item without reason within 14 days. As mentioned above, your item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in the original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we receive and inspect your returned item to inform you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that your bank or credit card company may take some time to process and post the refund.
